Error reading MODEM.INF file in the RAS directory. Reading modem entry text
There was an error reading the specified modem entry in the Modem.inf file. This file is used to add entries for unsupported modems and to configure modem parameters such as initialization strings, compression, flow control, and connect strings.
If you changed the configuration parameters in the Modem.inf file after installing Remote Access Service (RAS), verify that all script commands in the file are valid for the type of modem connected to the RAS workstation. Also, verify command syntax is correct. Also, try using the Network option in Control Panel to remove and reinstall RAS.
