Use the following counters to monitor the performance of the file system cache on a computer that is running Windows 2000 Professional.

Memory\ Page Faults/sec
Memory\ Pages Input/sec
Memory\ Pages Output/sec
Cache\ Copy Reads/sec
Cache\ Data Flushes/sec
Cache\ Copy Read Hits %
Cache\ Lazy Write Pages/sec
Cache\ Lazy Write Flushes/sec
Cache\ Read Aheads/sec
PhysicalDisk\ Disk Reads/sec
PhysicalDisk\ Disk Writes/sec
