The Crystal Web Report ASP is not installed. It requires IIS 3.0 with ASP support. If your web server meets these requirements the Crystal Web Report ASP can be installed by doing a custom install of Seagate Crystal Reports and checking on the Web Report Servers | Crystal Web Report ASP option.
