Problem Description: The NFS mknod check attempts to create a new device in the /dev directory. The kernel incorrectly creates an illegal device in this directory. When the system attempts to access the device, the kernel panics.

Problem Resolution: Go to the Policy EditorVulnerabilitiesBuilt-In ExploitsNFSnfsmknod. Make sure that the nfsmknod exploit is not enabled for your policy.
