Startup Window

Displays frequently used choices when you first start Internet Scanner.

• To prevent this window from displaying at startup, select the Don’t show this dialog again check box.

• To make this window appear at startup, follow these steps:

  1. Open Registry Editor.

     Warning: Using Registry Editor incorrectly may cause severe and irreparable damage and may require you to reinstall your operating system. Internet Security Systems cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.

  2. Go to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ISS\Internet Scanner\6.0\General key.

  3. Double-click the NoStartupDlg value to display the String Editor.

  4. To enable the startup window, type Off and click OK.
