Select the host’s file you would like to load. A host’s file is required to have the IP address starting in the first column of the file, with one IP address per line. Any lines beginning with either a space or a ‘#’ sign are ignored as a comment. Any hosts that are outside the scan range are also ignored. The number of hosts that may be loaded is limited only by available memory and your scan range.
For example, assuming your key contains these IP addresses, this example.hst host file is set up to scan three devices:
129.0.0.45
#129.0.0.46 (do not scan)
129.0.2.102
129.0.2.103
