The software in the FreeCodecs package is based on several libraries, whose licenses are specified below. Read them carefully if you want't to modify and redistribute this package or parts of them.
The test applications are licensed under a modified QPL (only available as source)

The Intel JPEG library (IJL) is only available in binary form. You are not allowed to use the Intel JPEG library in your own project and the binaries are only distributable within the FreeCodecs installer package. If you wan't to recompile the sources yourself, go to the Intel web site and download the full IJL package (including a license for redistribution) yourself.
The Monkey's Audio libraries are only available in binary form and you are not allowed to redistribute the files (by me). If you wan't to use the library in you own projects, go to the Monkey's Audio home page.
The Driver and Codecs packages of the ZoranNT project, the installer extensions used in the installer package and the Ingo++ library are licensed under the LGPL.
