1. Overview
-----------
PopUp Note is a HackMaster extension for adding a note to the MemoPad
database without quitting the current application.
There is a setup where you can choose the key stroke to activate it.

Changes in the version 1.0
--------------------------
- Added list view mode - browsing through the records is now much easier.
- Added E-mail lookup function.
- PopUp Note can now be activated over the MemoPad, but in the read only mode.
- Various combinations of pen strokes can be set. Single or double tap on
the silk screen buttons can also be used to start PopUp Note.

Changes in the version 0.8
--------------------------
- Added full support for all standard edit options (undo, copy, paste,select
all, keyboard and graffiti help). They are accesible through the menu, or
menu shortcuts.
- Fixed the problem when PopUp Note will crash if last used record is deleted
(with Memo Pad) and "Start with last used record" setup option is enabled.

Changes in the version 0.7

- Editing font can be changed
- PopUp Note can start with the last used record. There is a new setup
option for activating that feature.
- Copy and paste can be done with standard menu shortcuts ("/C" and ("/P")
- Added support for "LeftHack", so (as Neal would say) lefties, happy scrolling!

- You can browse through the records of the current category (hardware
Up/Down buttons).
- Full support for the Palm OS "Security" is added, so you can mark a note
as "Private". Private notes are not displayed if "Hide private records" is
choosen in the "Security" application.
- Added standard "Copy/Paste" functions.
- Added "Phone lookup" function.
- You can add, edit, or delete a note.
- Added small icon for the new version of PopUp Suite.
- IMPORTANT: PopUp Note 0.6 will not work on the Palm OS 1.x devices!

2. Installation
---------------
This archive contains the following files:

README.TXT   This file
POPNOTE.PRC  Program file
HACKMSTR.PRC The "HackMaster" System Extensions Manager
("HackMaster" is By Edward Keyes, DaggerWare Software
www.daggerware.com)

After installing POPNOTE.PRC, start "HackMaster" and  click on its checkbox
to activate it. After that, PopUp Note can be started with the pen stroke
which is set in the setup.

Important note:
---------------
Before updating or deleting any Hackmaster program, you must
disable the application first in the "HackMaster" control screen.

  Tap on the "+" icon in the PopUp Note row.
  Enter required data and tap "OK" button

Your PopUp Note is now registered.
