The file you download (detective.exe) is a self-extracting Zip file (Mac users: Stuffit archive detective.sea). Save this file to a location you can find easily. When you double-click on it, the file will unpack four Stain Detective files into the folder where you saved it: StainDetective.prc, tdsd_map.pdb, tdsd_text.pdb, and readme.txt. The normal beaming process will not transfer all files necessary for the Stain Detective. The sending and receiving Palm organizers will be prompted three times, once for each file.
