What is Smoke History?
=================

Smoke History is a tool to help you quit smoking.  Whenever you have a cigarette, just tap on the button. Smoke History will keep a daily log of your cigarette counts. The point is to decrease the number of cigarette you have daily until you quit. 

Smoke History runs on PalmOS version 2.x or 3.x, and needs the PocketC.prc library. The PocketC library is a free runtime module and is being distributed with Smoke History.

Installing
=======
Install  the programs  PocketC.PRC, Smoke_history.pdb and Smoke_historyl.pdb on you Palm. 

If you have previous verson of this smoke history delete only the programs and leave the database there.

PocketC is used by any program. developed in PocketC from OrbWorks. You may already have it installed, or will need it soon.

How to use
========
Show history button :       Displays save history of daily logs
Had a smoke button :	      Whenever you have a cigarette push this button
Oops -1 button :                Decrease cigarette count by one

Tips :	You can use up and down up hard ware buttons to increase or decrease the cigarette counts. I had one of the hard ware button set to Smoke history for faster access.

Smoke History is Freeware. This means I retain the copyright, but allow copies of the program to be freely distributed provided they are unmodified and are not used for commercial purposes. This ReadMe.txt PocketC.PRC, Smoke_history_0_1b.PDB, and Smoke_history_0_1bPRC.PRC files must accompany all distributions. If you wish to include Smoke History in a collection of shareware/freeware, please con tact me with the particulars.
