Smoke Free Zone

If you are running the shareware version of this application, it will
time out after 30 days.  A full version, as well as other applications
by the same author can be purchased at www.palmgear.com.  If you are 
running the full release version please do not distribute it further.

This application, SmokeFreeZone, is a helper for people attempting to
quit smoking.  To help accomplish this goal the application calculates
information to help motivate the person.  

The information is:

* the number of cigarettes not smoked
* the money saved
* life added by not smoking
* total days quit

The life added is calculated using a value of 5 minutes per cigarette 
not smoked.  There is no accurate value for this, and estimates range
between 5 and 20 minutes, hence the application uses the lowest estimate.

To accurately calculate the number of cigarettes not smoked, the time 
and date when smoking stopped, plus the hours the person is awake during
the day is entered allowing an accurate value to be calculated.  This
means that whenever the application is viewed it should display a reasonably
accurate number of cigarettes not smoked as the day passed.  These values 
are saved so they only have to be entered once.
