You can transfer your old parking rate database (ParkingBuddy below v1.4)
to suit the new database format on ParkingBuddy v1.4.

The old parking rate database named "Park*" will be renamed as "Park_*" to be
recognized by ParkingBuddy v1.4.

Install and run "pbuddy update" once to transfer old database to the new
database.  Afterthat, you can delete "pbuddy update".

To save some storage space on palm, you can delete the old database "Park*"
using PocketC databases menu.
