Registered License
Each registered copy of NoteTrain may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single computer used non-simultaneously by multiple people.
Disclaimer of Warranty
William H. Wittig disclaims all warranties with regard to this software, including all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness. In no event shall William H. Wittig be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of this software.
The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. Any liability
of the seller will be limited to product replacement or refund of purchase
price.
Evaluation License
The following license applies to the evaluation version of NoteTrain.
If you have purchased a license for the registered version of NoteTrain, see the "Registered License" section above.
NoteTrain is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period a registration fee of $12 is required.
Unregistered use of NoteTrain after the 30-day evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.
Distribution of Evaluation Version
You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original software to anyone; and distribute the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.
You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations,
for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or
documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior
written permission.
