FishinBUDDY 1.0 Information
	FishinBUDDY 1.0 is a postcardware utility for keeping track of your catches. You can record the Weight, Length, Location, Bait, etc. of your "trophy winners"! Time and date fields also keep track of your sport! Download your copy below: Zipped File fishbud.zip Installation is simple - Unzip file to an area of your choice. The windows desktop is an easy place to extract the files. Using your Palm Desktop "install" function, choose FishinBUDDY.prc for the file. Next time you Hotsync the application will be installed.
What's new?
	This is the 1st public release for the Palm. No plans are in the works for Pocket Pc's or win CEs. Support for only black and white units. Will work on Palm IIIc as mono.
Common Questions
	Will this program work on all palms? Yes! (maybe) It was written to work on palms 2.0 and up. Handspring visors and Color IIIc should work fine although they will show up in monochrome. If you see any problems, please report them. Why are you giving this program away for free? I don't. It's postcardware. Future Developments? I may or may not continue developing FishinBUDDY. It was mainly a program I developed for my own use but decided to share openly. Future designs may include search options, color, {your idea here}, sorting, printing, etc.
About this Software
	FishinBuddy is a simple user input database for tracking your fishing. Several fields are pre-labeled for your use. The "note" section can be used for any information you would like to record. The common use is to record the type of fish caught. The GPS is for all of you that have electronic "Global Positioning Satellite" receivers. Most of the buttons are self explanatory but here is a list (starting from left to right). GARBAGE CAN - deletes current record BLANK PAGE - Create a new record LEFT ARROW - Goto previous record RIGHT ARROW - Goto next record I BUTTON - Information about FishinBUDDY LINED PAPER - Table index of records

	This program is postcard-ware, which means that you may copy and distribute it as far as you like. I won't charge you any fee for this. But you may not charge anyone for this program either. If you like FishinBUDDY, you have to send a postcard with your email address to Rick Howe PO Box 65658 SLC, Utah 84115 (Postcards with local motives from your place are perfectly ok.) If you like this program so much that you think I should get some money for it, well, go ahead. But remember: you won't get any additional service. If you are a shareware programmer... ... keep in mind that you got my software for free. :-)
