RELEASE NOTES As of 3/10/99, the current version of ExerLog for Palmpilot is 1.62 You can determine this by tapping on the menu silkscreen, and selecting "about ExerLog". Or tap on the weightlifter icon on the upper left corner of the ExerLog main screen (log page). Version 1.62 fixes a date picker bug. Version 1.6 Fixes scrolling bugs in main and plan screens. Many new features in this version: Lifestyle entries (if present in the log or plan) now automatically adjust themselves as to attemt to always balance the days activity duration at 24 hours. If you are not using lifestyle items this has no affect. If you need to "reset" a lifestyle duration to it's original value, you can do this via a new menu item in the Metabolic Target Exercises form. This will also automatically readjust itself to make other goals equal out. Graphs will now re-range themselves if the exercises or goals exceed or do not exceed 3000 calories. Templates now do not include the lifestyle entry when created. The hours displayed in the Add new template form are for the non-lifestyle entries only. Version 1.54 Fixed a miscalculation with activities of greater than 10 hours of duration Version 1.53 Fixes a couple of about screen inaccuracies. Version 1.51 Fixes scrolling on main screen when in plan mode. Forces user to correctly set the calorie Intake Target and REE calorie goals. Fixes registration always "beta" problem. Version 1.5 is a Major release. Database editing is incorporated within ExerLog. Templates have been improved. Speed has been increased in many areas. This version integrates better with Dietlog 1.5. Version 1.0 remained beta for too long, so we upgraded the version to 1.5 to reflect it's compatibility with Dietlgo 1.5. FOR UPGRADES ONLY: To update from a previous version... use your PalmPilot 2.0 or 3.0 installer. Load the application only (NOT the database) with the installer. You do not need to remove the previous version of ExerLog from your Pilot. Use the Hotsync to "synchronize" the new version to your Pilot. This way you will not erase any exercises or routines you have recorded. REGISTRATION INFORMATION: ExerLog Pilot Demo The registration password for the demo version is "demo". Just write "demo" when you see the registration # prompt. Exerlog 1.0 and previous registered users. Your previous registration password will work with ExerLog 1.6.
