Format of the PrintCardDB.

Each record could contain following fields:
 - record name, 
 - script, 
 - preview image,
 - library skript ID

The first record begins from id = 5000. Range 0-5000 for application and rest for card records.

Distance between records is 10.

Record field offsets:
 - record name     = 0
 - script          = 1
 - preview image   = 2
 - lib script ID   = 3
