BUSINESS CALCULATOR FOR PALM (BCalcPalm), v1.04
END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you, either an individual or a single entity ("Customer" or "you"), and BelCAF Ltd. ("BelCAF"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the above software product, including computer software, associated media, any printed materials, and any "online" or electronic documentation (the "Software" or the "BCALCPALM"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. 

CLICKING "I AGREE" OR INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.  


GRANT 
You may use the Software on any single computer; use the Software on a second computer as long as only one copy is used at a time; or copy the Software for archival purposes, provided any copy must contain all of the original Software's proprietary notices. 


LIMITATIONS 
You may not rent or lease the Package. You may permanently transfer all of your rights of this EULA, provided that you retain no copies, that you transfer all of the Package including original and all upgrade Packages, and that the recipient agrees to this EULA. 

BelCAF's entire liability and your exclusive remedy for any claim you may have against BelCAF shall be, at BelCAF's option, (i) return of the amount paid for the applicable Software; or (ii) repair or replacement of Software which does not meet the above limited warranty; provided you return the Software to BelCAF.


COPYRIGHTS 
The package and all its contents including any supplemental parts is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. This copyright can be overridden only for two purposes 
(a) make one copy of the Package solely for backup or archival, 
(b) install the Package on a single computer, provided that you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes. 


NEITHER BELCAF NOR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF BUSINESS OR PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR DELAY, LOSS OR INABILITY TO USE DATA), EVEN IF BELCAF OR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
