BlackBudget BlackBoard Software, Inc. PO Box 745494 Arvada CO 80006 www.blackboardsoftware.com dalin@blackboardsoftware.com BlackBudget is a program for the Palm OS which calculates your income and expenses, then tells you what the difference is. 1.1 Adds multiple budget record capability for different scenarios plus fixes some cosmetic problems. The demo/unregistered version does not calculate anything or allow next, previous, add, and delete. You can register from the above address. Press the first field at the top left which is the day of the month. Enter the date number. For example if you get paid on the first of the mont you'd enter 1. The next field over under income is the name of the income (such as paycheck or the name of the company). If the name doesn't fit you can abbreviate it. Next you enter the amount. Do the same thing for the expense columns. After filling out all the fields in the registered version, you just tap the bottom field of the income and you'll see the total at the bottom. Tap the bottom field of the Expense column and you'll see the total expenses. Then tap the field on the bottom right of 'Dif' to get the difference. A positive difference means you'll have money left over and a negative means you won't have enough to pay the expenses you entered. Remember to tape these total fields each time you make a change so it re-calculates the totals. Tap the A button to add a new budget scenario/record. Tap the D button to delete/erase the current budget scenario/record. Tap the > button to go to the next record. Tap the < button to go to the previous record.
