Rules

Jacoby Rule

With the Jacoby rule enabled, gammons and backgammons only score when the cube has been turned. Off by default.

Analysis Available

With this rule disabled, neither player will be able to view the board, cube, game and match analyses. The on-screen pip-count is also turned off.

Doubling

Enables or disables the doubling cube.

Spectators Allowed

With this rule disabled, spectators will not be able to view your game.

Hints Allowed

Enables or disables the hint option, which allows a player to view a possible best move.

Crawford Rule

The Crawford rule prevents a player from doubling if his opponent is one point away from winning a match. Should the leading player fail to win the Crawford point, i.e. the one point needed to win the match, the doubling cube is then available without restriction in all subsequent games.

Undo Allowed

Allows a player to undo a partial move. Once the final die has been used though, a move cannot be undone.

Same Dice For Both Players

This game variation rolls the same dice for both players. Thus the first player to move knows that his opponent will receive the same dice and can plan ahead accordingly.
