 Studied law at the University of Thessaloniki.
Practiced law at Arta and Athens.

 Parliamentary Deputy for Arta (PASOK) 1977-1989, for Athens II Constituency (PASOK) 1989-92.
Undersecretary for Finance 1981-1984, Alternate Minister 1984-85, then Minister 1985-89.

Founder and President of Democratic Social Movement (DIKKI).
Parliamentary Deputy for Athens II Constituency (DIKKI) 1996.
