Yet to be implemented VST Features

Bidule has yet to support the following VST features

setInitialDelay interface (doubtful that we will)
pinConnected interface (too many plugs only check this when playing starts. This means that if you connect a in/out while Bidule is processing audio, you might not get any result unless you stop the processing and restart).
