WHAT IS CRYSTAL AUDIO ENGINE


Crystal Audio Engine is a multichannel audio engine with
Open System Design for Digital Signalprocessing in realtime.
The current release supports 4 audio channels at 44.1kHz/
16bit, 2 different Audio Inputs and 4 Realtime Effects.
The Full System package includes a lot of basic plugins
for playback, recording and manipulating audio.
CRYSTAL AUDIO ENGINE v0.1b FULL SYSTEM is FREEWARE!!!


HOW TO INSTALL CRYSTAL AUDIO ENGINE v0.1b FULL SYSTEM


1) Extract all files of the archive to a temporary folder.
2) Run Setup.exe and follow the instructions.

1. INTRODUCTION


Thanx for installing CRYSTAL AUDIO ENGINE FULL SYSTEM v0.1b.
At first: Have you already read the SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
(located in license.txt)?
The following sections should help you using CRYSTAL AUDIO ENGINE
for the first time.



2. FIRST STEPS


After CRYSTAL AUDIO ENGINE startup you should see the
user interface of CRYSTAL AUDIO ENGINE.
To show/hide the MIXING CONSOLE click the [mixer] button.
For playback/recording audio you will have to load at least
one AUDIO INPUT and an AUDIO OUTPUT. Read trough the next section
to find out which plugins meet your requirements.



3. FULL SYSTEM PLUGIN OVERVIEW


The CRYSTAL AUDIO ENGINE FULL SYSTEM contains the following plugins:

* CRYSTAL WAVER >>> 4 PCM Wave Audio tracks playback/pre-recording

* MR.RECORD-MAN >>> live input from mic or line-in

* CRYSTAL WAVEOUT BLASTER >>> sound/file output, visualization

3.3 REALTIME EFFECTS

* ECHOOU >>> a simple echo effect
* CRYSTAL 9BANDEQ >>> 9 band graphical equalizer
* CRYSTALIZER >>> a distortion "pedal"
* REVERB >>> a simple reverb effect
