The IsPropertyReadOnly method determines if a property is read-only.

Parameters
bstrPropName [in]
BSTR containing the name of the property.
retval [out]
Boolean indicating if the property is read-only.
Return Values
S_OK
Method completed successfully.
E_INVALIDARG
Invalid property name passed as a parameter. Can also indicate that an Out parameter is NULL.
