The first entry "Mail server user name" is the name used for login to the mail server, mostly the same as your name of email address. The second field "Incoming POP3 mail server" is the hostname or IP number of the computer that keeps all your messages. The third field "Password for the user" is the password required when you're going to download messages. When MsgCore downloads messages from POP3 account specified above, it will transfer all those messages to the email address specifeid in the forth field "Transfer to this email address".

If you wants to change the password of any POP3 robots, just click on it and select "Change Password", input the new password at the dialog box like following one.
