Mail Back ( Auto Responder )

Automatic responder somehow acts like "FAX on Demand", if the receiver of incoming message is one of the "auto-responder account", MsgCore will send a document from document database ( please refer to previouse section ) specified by you to the sender.

	Automatic responder somehow acts like "FAX on Demand", if the receiver of incoming message is one of the "auto-responder account", MsgCore will send a document from document database ( please refer to previouse section ) specified by you to the sender.
Add a Responder	Because the auto-responder will send out a document in the document database, please add the entry of the document to the document database before add any auto-responder entries. For example, as above figure, if someone, say `someone@some.net`, send a message to `info@company.com` ( `company.com` is the name of the mail server ) with subject "`catalog`", then MsgCore will automatically send the document `info_doc` to`someone@some.net`. If you add another entry to MsgCore as above figure, and `someone@some.net`, send a message to `sales@company.com`, then MsgCore will automatically send the document `sales_info` to `someone@some.net` without the concern of what subject is.

Add a Responder

Because the auto-responder will send out a document in the document database, please add the entry of the document to the document database before add any auto-responder entries.

For example, as above figure, if someone, say someone@some.net, send a message to info@company.com ( company.com is the name of the mail server ) with subject "catalog", then MsgCore will automatically send the document info_doc tosomeone@some.net.

If you add another entry to MsgCore as above figure, and someone@some.net, send a message to sales@company.com, then MsgCore will automatically send the document sales_info to someone@some.net without the concern of what subject is.
