Life is full of appointments, meetings, projects, anniversaries, birthdays, social functions, reminder notes and lists of things to do. Trouble is, diaries don't nudge you when you're late for an appointment. Or remind you that an anniversary is coming up. And year after year you have to re-enter much of the information into new diaries.

With a Series 3a you need only enter things once, you can view entries in a variety of ways, and in each view, choose how the information is presented, to suit your own taste and requirements:

• As a 'page-a-day' diary, with things 'To-Do' listed (and carried forward from the previous day).
• As a 'week-to-view' appointment diary.
• As a year planner with major events categorised for easy identification.
• As an anniversary manager.
• As a series of 'To-Do' lists.
• As a simple chronological list of all events and things 'To-Do'.

You attach a memo to an entry and password protect them, if you wish, or set an alarm to warn you on the time and day a 'to-do' or appointment requires attention.

All your daily appointments - and things 'to-do' - are neatly arranged in their appropriate time slots. A 'pop-up' one, - three, - or twelve - month calendar helps you to jump to any date quickly and precisely.

See all your appointments, anniversaries and things 'to-do' for any week. Entries can be set to repeat automatically at almost any interval - for example, just once a year, or the first Thursday and the last Wednesday in every third month.

Any of your 'To-do' lists can be sorted automatically in priority or date order. Or you can arrange the order yourself. Timed and dated items will appear in your day and week views, if you wish.

All your major events for any year can be seen at a glance - neatly categorised for quick identification.
