Price_IT calculates prices for jobs comprising labour, material and plant or for time-based Professional Services. A quantity or series of measurements can be entered against each item in a job or timed sessions against differently priced services
- Items can be stored on file in preparation for price calculations. Each item has a description, unit selling price and cost price (optional) for profit calculations
- Items are stored as having 1, 2 or 3 dimensions and when included in a price calculation a single quantity can be entered or a series of dimensions or times each with its own identifier
- Automatic inclusion of Sales Tax is optional
- Price calculations/job prices are archived and can be recalled at any time
- Customer information is stored for selection against any price calculation
- The profit on a job is instantly available (password protected)
