Ferret supplies programs for advisers to assist with means-tested assessments. Helper-3 calculates Income Support, Family Credit, Disability Working Allowance, Job Seekers Allowance, Housing and Council Tax Benefits Helper-3 allows forecasts to be made of the future benefits and net earnings from proposed employment Renovator-3 is a special package for calculating entitlement to the new scheme for Renovation Grants, giving help for home improvements Renovator-3 is also able to calculate grant entitlement for Disabled Facilities Grants and Landlord Grants All programs include an ôon-screenö help facility. They are kept updated and a Helpline Service is provided.
