11-14-97 Fixed the setup program so it now installs the registry values correctly.  So I hope.

11-16-97  Changed the dialog for entering data.

11-16-97  You now just enter an email name or site name to block.  Double click it
          and set the options like folder for that particular choice.

11-17-97  Sound support added.  Choose a sound to play when an email arrives that you
          have setup.  The sound is entered in the same dialog box as you enter the folder.

11-18-97  Updated eblocker32.dll to handle the new settings.

11-29-97  Finished adding the final changes.  EBlocker 1.01 named officially.
	  Hoping most major bugs have been fixed.  Works fine on my machine.
