DR SOLOMON'S SOFTWARE LICENCE STATEMENT  
 
This is an agreement between you, the user, and Dr Solomon's    
Software Inc.  By using this software, you are agreeing to  
be bound by the terms of this agreement.  

In order to preserve and protect its rights under applicable laws,  
Dr Solomon's Software does not sell any rights in the software.  
Rather, Dr Solomon's Software grants the right to use this software  
by means of a software licence.  Dr Solomon's Software specifically  
retains title to all its computer software.  


The software is protected by both United States copyright law  
and international copyright treaty provisions.  Therefore, you  
must treat this software just like a book.  You may make archival  
copies of the software for the sole purposes of backing up the  
software and protecting your investments from loss.  


By saying 'just like a book', Dr Solomon's Software means, for  
example, that this software may be used by any number of  
people, and may be freely moved from one computer location to  
another, so long as there is no possibility of it being used at one  
location while it is being used at another or on a computer  
network by more than one user at one location.  Just as a book  
cannot be read by two different people in two different places at  
the same time, neither can the software be used by two different  
people in two different places at the same time unless, of  
course, you have violated Dr Solomon's Software's copyright.  

Dr Solomon's Software Inc. shall not be liable for any  
damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or use  
of the software, or special, incidental or consequential damages  
or other similar claims, even if Dr Solomon's has been specifically  
advised of the possibility of such damages.  In no event will  
Dr Solomon's Software's liability for any damages to you or any   
other person ever exceed the list price of the software,   
regardless of any form of the claim. 

DR SOLOMON'S SOFTWARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES,      
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY  
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A 
PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  Specifically,  Dr Solomon's Software  
makes no representation or warranty that the software is fit  
for any particular purpose.                     


BY PRESSING THE 'I AGREE' BUTTON BELOW YOU    
ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS     
LICENCE, THAT YOU UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO  
BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  YOU    
ALSO AGREE THAT THE LICENCE IS THE COMPLETE   
AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF AGREEMENT         
BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND SUPERSEDES ALL       
PROPOSALS OR PRIOR AGREEMENTS, WHETHER ORAL  
OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS  
BETWEEN THE PARTIES RELATING TO THE SUBJECT  
MATTER OF THE LICENCE.
