To choose which columns display in Media Library

1. Click Media Library.
2. In the Contents pane, click the category for which you want to display information.
3. In the Details pane, right-click any column heading, and then click the column heading names that you want to show or hide.
4. If necessary, do any of the following.

   To	Do this
   Display or hide additional column heading names	Click More, and then select or clear the check box to show or hide the column.
   Change the position of a column	Select a column name, and then click Move Up or Move Down.

   
   

Notes

• You can also choose which columns display by clicking More, selecting a column heading name, and then clicking Show or Hide.
• You can also choose columns by clicking the View menu, clicking Choose Columns, and then selecting the check box for each column you want to show.
• As applicable, the Title column is always displayed.
