To add synchronized lyrics to a file

1. Click Media Library.
2. Right-click a file, and then click Advanced Tag Editor.
3. Click the Lyrics tab, and then click Synchronized Lyrics.
4. In Description, click Add, and then type a description.
5. In Language and Content type, select a language and content type, respectively.
6. In the timeline area, click Add. Type the time (in hh:mm:ss:msec) at which you want the lyrics to appear, and then type the text for the lyrics.

   -or-

   In the graphical timeline, drag the vertical indicator to the point at which you want the lyrics to appear during playback.

7. Repeat step 6 as necessary to create additional entries.

Notes

• During playback of the file, the text for each entry in the timeline list is displayed at the time you specify. The entry then disappears when the time for another entry to be displayed is reached.
• To view synchronized lyrics, you must turn on captions and subtitles.
• You can also add static lyrics to a file. Static lyrics are displayed as a whole when the file begins playing, and continue to be displayed during playback. A file can contain both static and synchronized lyrics. However, if this is the case, only the synchronized lyrics are displayed during playback.
• Adding synchronized lyrics is only available on select versions of Windows. For more information, see Special features.
