Changes to dwm and related programs

** Version 1.21a to 1.21b
dobs - fixed the 'triple' (yikes) redraw problem when moving or
       copying files between dobs
     - made dobs 'sink' aware -- sink is a trashcan type utility
       for dwm and is available for testing at,

** Version 1.21 to 1.21a
dobs - fixed a bug where recursive copies and moves did not properly
       create the destination directory structure.  Nasty.

** Version 1.20 to 1.21
dwm  - there was a problem which could sometimes hang the system.  This
       was related to the background painting of the menus.  I *hope*
       this is now fixed.
dobs - fixed a problem with not reporting problems with moves on a
       novell server.  The program now gives you the option of bailing
       gracefully.
