     This file contains information for bulletin board system administrators
     for the distribution of the dwm software package on a BBS.

     Any BBS operator wishing to load a shareware version of the dwm
     software package to their system may do so without our prior consent,
     providing that they notify us within 15 days of doing so. BBS operators
     must make the entire installation package available to users, without
     alteration of any kind. You may not upload nor distribute registered
     versions of the software.

     If your BBS is associated with a shareware library that charges users 
     for copies of disks, you must abide by the distributors license
     agreement outlined in the file VENDOR.TXT. This restriction does not
     affect bulletin boards that do not charge fees for distribution, other
     than fees normally charged for use of the BBS.

     If you want a distributors copy of dwm, branded with your
     organizations name, complete the order form on the second page of the
     file VENDOR.TXT, and send it to us. We will send you a distributors 
     copy on a 3.5" diskette.  If you have internet access, you may wish to
     contact us to arrange for downloading a personalized distributors copy
     via anonymous ftp to our server.
