Type a name for the profile. The name should be representative of the profile’s function. Include the intended bandwidth (for example, 28.8 modem) and the source type (for example, audio only) that the profile supports. Do not include an asterisk (*) when naming the profile.
Select the source types you want this profile to support. By default, Audio is always selected and cannot be cleared. If you select Scripts as a source type, you can insert a URL or caption into a stream while encoding.
Note Each source type you select consumes part of the bandwidth used when you encode. Be sure to select only the source types that you need.
Select the type of compression you want to apply to your content. Uncompressed is the highest level of quality, which is best to use when archiving or encoding content to a file. You cannot select Uncompressed for screen capture profiles.
Typing a description is optional. If you provide a description, it is displayed when a profile is selected and can give the recommended usage for the selected profile.
