About exporting video from Premiere

The program you've edited in the Timeline is not available as an independent video file until you export it. After export, you can play it in other video playback or editing programs and move it to other disks or platforms. Before export, make sure that the Timeline is ready to output at the quality you require. For example, replace any offline files with high-resolution files suitable for final export. You can also export from the Source or Program views or the Storyboard or Clip windows, and you can specify a range of frames to export.
