Posterize (obsolete)

This effect is replaced by the After Effects Posterize effect.

The Premiere 5.1 Posterize effect converts the color spectrum into a limited number of colors and maps pixels in the clip to the color that is the closest match. You can use this effect to create large, flat areas in a clip. Drag the slider to see your adjustments reflected in the preview image.
