Adding QuickTime transitions

In addition to the transitions available in Premiere, you can add QuickTime transitions to a program. If you have installed QuickTime transitions, they will be available in the QuickTime folder in the Premiere Transitions palette.

To add a QuickTime transition:

1 In the Transitions palette, click the triangle to open the QuickTime folder.

2 Drag the QuickTime transition to the desired location in the Timeline.

3 In the Select Effect dialog box, choose the transition you want to add.

4 Modify the transition settings as needed, and then click OK.
