To play video one frame at a time

1. Play video.
2. On the View menu, point to Settings, and then select Play Speed Settings.
3. In the Settings area, do one of following:
   • To move the video backward one frame, click the Previous frame button.
   • To move the video forward one frame, click the Next frame button.

Notes

• Not all video can be played one frame at a time.
• To return to normal play speed, click the Normal link or the Play button.
• This feature is only available on select versions of Windows. For more information, see Special features.
