To	Do this
Play a paused or stopped file	Click the Play button. -or- On the Play menu, click Play/Pause.
Play a streaming media file on a Web page	Click the link on the Web page.
Play a file on your computer or network	On the File menu, click Open, navigate to the appropriate location, click the file, and then click Open.
Play a file on the Web by entering the URL to the file	On the File menu, click Open URL, type the URL of the file, and then click OK. The following list provides examples of the kinds of locations you can specify: mms://server/filename (for example, a file with a .wma, .wmv, .asf, or .mp3 extension) mmst://server/filename mmsu://server/filename rtsp://server/filename rtspt://server/filename rtspu://server/filename http://server/filename \\server\content\filename file://\\server\content\filename mms://server/sami.asf?SAMI=http://server/sami/sami_demo.smi (Synchronized Accessible Media Interchange (SAMI) file)

If the items in a playlist do not play in the order you expect, the shuffle feature may be turned on. To turn off the shuffle feature, on the Play menu, click Shuffle (the check mark next to the command should disappear).
