To back up your licenses

1. On the Tools menu, click License Management.
2. Click the Browse button, click a folder that you want to store backup copies of your licenses to, and then click OK.

   –or-

   Click the Browse button, click a folder that you want to store backup copies of your licenses to, and then click Make New Folder.

3. In the License Management dialog box, click Backup Now.

Note

• It is recommended that you periodically back up your licenses to a floppy disk. If you reinstall or upgrade the operating system, your licenses may be lost. You can use backup disks to transfer licenses from an old computer to a new one, or to transfer licenses from a work computer to a home computer.
