Indicate text edits |
|
Text edit comments indicate which text should be inserted or deleted in the PDF document. |
1. | On the Commenting toolbar, choose Text Edits > Indicate Text Edits, and then do any of the following: |
| ΓÇó | | Click between the words or characters where you want to add text, and then begin typing. An insertion caret appears and the text is added to a pop-up window. |

| ΓÇó | | Select text, and then press Backspace or Delete. The text is marked in cross-out to indicate that it should be deleted. |

| ΓÇó | | Select text, and then begin typing. The selected text is marked in cross-out, and the inserted text appears in a pop-up window. |
|
| ΓÇó | | Select text, and then choose Highlight Selected Text or Underline Selected Text from the Text Edits menu. |
|
|
| You can also use the Select Text tool to select text or place the cursor, and then choose an option from the Text Edits menu. |

2. | To add a note to any text edit comment, double-click the comment to open a pop-up window. |
