• Playback hardware based option Audio goes straight from player to the soundcard hardware channels so that the sound won't go thru DSP, VU meters and Windows itself to get very fast performance and low CPU usage.

• Directory tree Advanced treeview of you computer and network to gain access to a folder on 1 of them. Also there's a playlist list so you have fast preview access to stored playlists.

• Update checking MP3 Tunes automatically checks if there's an update when the program starts and the computer is connected to the internet.
