LICENSE AGREEMENT
EarMaster is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties.
EarMaster is licensed, not sold.
You may install and use one copy of EarMaster on a single computer for each 
purchased license. To install EarMaster in a network you must acquire and 
dedicate a license for each separate computer. With a site license you may 
install EarMaster on every computer at one campus, but not on the users private 
computer.

Trial and beta versions must only be used for the time period as specified. You 
may not in any way break the limitations put in to these versions.

MidiTec is not responsible for any damages or loss of data arising out of the 
use of EarMaster. In any case MidiTec's entire liability is limited to the 
amount actually paid by you for EarMaster.
