Understanding the Help System
The Help system uses the following main display areas:

Help topics open in the right pane of the Help viewer. For more
information, see Topic Pane.

Buttons for controlling the Help display and for printing Help topics
appear in the toolbar at the top of the Help viewer. For more
information, see Toolbar Buttons.

Navigation tools (Contents, Index, Search, and Favorites) open in the
left pane of the Help viewer. For more information, see Finding
Information Within Help.

Once the Help viewer is open, it behaves in much the same way as most windows. You can resize it, minimize or maximize it, and reposition it to suit your screen layout and workflow. For example, if you are using two monitors, you might want to move the Help viewer onto the Edit monitor while you are working in the application.
