Using the Contents Tab
The Contents tab displays a complete hierarchical list of all topics in the Help system. You can expand and collapse the contents to view the logical organization of the Help system, and you can move to any topic by clicking its entry in the Contents.
The contents automatically synchronizes with the topic that currently displays in the Topic pane. When you move to a new topic, the contents expands to the level of that topic and highlights the topic. This feature, like the hierarchy links at the top of each topic, lets you see exactly where the current topic is positioned within the logical organization of the Help system.
To view the contents:

Click the Contents tab.

To display a topic from the contents:

Click the topic's entry in the contents.
|
To expand a section in the contents:
|

Click the Plus Sign (+) icon to the left of any contents entry that has a
Book icon.
|
To expand a section in the contents and display the top-level topic for
that section:
|
|
|
Double-click any topic entry that has a Book icon.
|
To close a section in the contents:
|
|
|
Click the Minus Sign (–) icon to the left of any contents entry that has
a Book icon.
