Enters Lift/Overwrite Segment mode. When this button is active, you can lift and overwrite segments by dragging them from one location to another in the Timeline. Click again to leave Segment mode. Ctrl+click to line up the dragged segment to an edit point. See Performing an Overwrite Edit.
