Description
Card

The type of audio card installed.
Peripheral

The type of peripheral audio device (audio interface) attached to the system.
Slot #

The slot where the audio card is located.
Sync Mode

Sync is used for audio input and output to ensure the audio sample clock is always in sync with the video clock. This prevents long-term drift between audio and video.
When you are working with video and digital audio simultaneously, set your digital audio equipment to the same video reference signal as your video equipment.
Changing the audio input selection automatically selects the correct audio clock source for audio sync.
