This option allows you to display thin colored indicator lines in the Timecode track of the Timeline. These thin colored lines display information about the real-time effects in your sequence. For more information, see Real-Time Preview of Video Effects.

Show Four-Frame Display

When this option is selected, the system shows the head and tail of incoming or outgoing frames of video when you drag a segment.
