Audio Project Settings: Input Tab
  Some options depend on the audio configuration of your system, so your system might not contain certain features and hardware that are covered in the documentation.

Description
Input Gain

Allows you to calibrate the volume of global audio input.
  Software only systems: Input Gain is a slider that controls your computer's volume settings. If you select the +20 dB check box, gain is additionally boosted.
  Systems with an Avid Mojo DNA: You can select 0dB for most situations, or +6 dB in case of low gain inputs.

Allows you to select the type of input.
Passthrough Mix Tool

Opens the Passthrough Mix tool, which allows you to adjust the mix of tracks for monitoring audio input.
